A visionary leader in soccer development, Tab Ramos is a National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee whose legacy spans decades as a player, coach, and mentor. With a distinguished career as a professional midfielder, he represented the United States in three FIFA World Cups and earned over 80 international caps, solidifying his place as one of the most influential figures in American soccer history.

After retiring from professional play, including a storied career in La Liga and Major League Soccer, Tab transitioned into coaching, where his passion for developing young talent flourished. As head coach of the U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team, he guided the team to four consecutive FIFA U-20 World Cup appearances, achieving unprecedented success in player development and team performance.

Currently serving as the Technical Director, Tab brings his deep understanding of the game, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence to oversee all aspects of technical player development, coaching education, and team-building strategies. His innovative approach and dedication to the sport continue to inspire the next generation of players and coaches.
